the T7 headgasket wasn't strong enough. Dyno and a 2 laps than it blew on all 4 cylinders :) the washers was also bent under the 12.9bolts, so the cylinderhead seems to have lifted a bit, this is probably why the gasket blew.

coatings are fine. Exhaust manifold is double ceramic coated. It can handle well over 1200C Temps. On this pic, coating hasn't got any heat yet. When warmed first time it takes its real color(lightning blue) and form (matte)

any idea how far stock lines go on E85? i have 1280cc injectors with E85 and they 100% open, even bit more...i had 875 before, but thought they run out on 435hp but it was that Henko fuelpump back then...now i have walbro 400lph and still running out of fuel, thinking it could be those stock lines...

i have 550hp E85 with stock lines :) i use a 3,5bars regulator and a walbro 450lph pump =) and my injectors ran out now at 553hp with e85 also 875 once! there is no way 875 once will run out at 435hp with regular fuel :O
