Hey people..

I’m about to sell my Evo IX and would like some help with it. Is there any Swedish sites other than www.blocket.se where I can put it up ?

Is the chance for selling it bigger if its registered on Swedish license plates ? – Or if I sell it without so the buyer can register it them self and then maybe get it in as a “Svensksåld” ?

"Svensksåld" is when a car is sold NEW for the first time in Sweden. imported cars are more expensive to insure so thats why everyone want "svensksåld"

If you are planning to sell the car on the swedish market, you should register it så every paper is okay and so on.

www.blocket.se works fine, it's the biggest site.

Another tip is to post a link to your Garaget.org site in your ad on Blocket. In the price thereŽs one pic included, more pics cost an extra fee. Usually more then the ad itself, but by linking to your car here you can display more pics without that extra fee. And on top of that you could enlarge the pics here on garaget

What is your source for imported cars are more expensive to insure ?. The only difference i know of is: That you get Vagnskadegaranti/vehicle damage warranty if you buy a brand new car in Sweden, and that it last 3 years. Witch means that if you buy an imported new car (not older then 3 years..) you don't get that, and have to take the insures level: Helförsäkring/Fully insured for the car even do its new... after 3 years its the same money on imported and Swedish sold cars right ?. Or I'm I out for a bike ride ? (eller är jag ute och cyklar ?)

There might be vehicle brands that has more then 3 years of Vagnskadegaranti/vehicle damage warranty...

Trygghansa, Volvia and Folksam is my source for the higher price on the insurance for imported cars.

If you buy a brand new Volvo in sweden you get 2 years of new car warrenty.
I donŽt know if the warrenty follows the car to the new country if you buy a car in another country. It should, if the carcompany have any certified dealers/mekanics. Do anyone knows anything about that?

Oh okey! I have never used Volvia or folksam so I don't know. Would be interesting to look up if my incurens company do the same for imported cars

It don't follow the Volkswagen from Germany to Sweden for an example. But from Volvo and other brands i don't know....
