I am trying to get my Nissan Skyline R32 GTS approved by "Bilprövningen" and they said they needed a spec list of the car from "Deka", what is Deka and how do I get in contact with them? has anyone tried this before?

I also think you need stamps for the seat belts (atleast my friends Camaro needed it) but I do not know really. My father needed to get the chassie number stamped on the car to be able to get it approved.
I aint 100% sure so do not count on that my post is accurate!
