Renovating Lada Samara 21099

The purpose of the project to restore the car and use it in the future for everyday driving. Scheduled bodywork paint, updated engine and transmission, good tires, new interior. Very inspiring style OEM + from fans Volkswagen.

Begin to restore my old Lada Samara 21099. Now the machine hibernates in the garage, in the spring will be painted, new wheels, interior and so on.:D

Little update.
A few weeks ago I was in the garage and dismantled the front brakes from the car. The brakes were in a disgusting state, all rust and dirt. The old brake discs erased very much, pads were still alive. Only the brake cylinders will be using in the new brake system. Bought new parts, 260mm ventilated discs at the new hoses and bolts. Remaining work with back brakes. See the foto's and make a comments ^))

Fun project! And you seem to put some time in to it. I've seen a few russian restorations and I've been amazed by the build quality. I have no doubt this will be as good as the others I've seen wink

Hello everybody. I am here again. 4 month  i work at sea. Now tryin to do this car....but autumn broke my plan - cold is everywhere.

I welcome you again. Little by little, doing a car. We now winter and I can not work in the garage - it's cold. But I'm not discouraged. Buy spare parts, different small things. Trying to pick up the wheel. I plan to work on the interior. Post the photos from welder  brewed bottom of the car this summer
