Stefan Persson with family is a very powerful owner of H&M and he controls most of the company with the majority of the voting rights. In terms of image, H&M claims that they sell the latest fashion with low price and good quality. H&M has a strong brand image and good reputation. Lastly, H&M believes in its employees and allow them to use their common sense and make decisions within the stores.
