This was a genuine 24 hour race, held at Reno-Fernley Raceway on May 14-15, 2011. Sure, it was springtime here, but that didn't keep the weather gods from sending both rain and wind and snow our way, making the 4AM-6AM stint very interesting, and keeping us on our toes through to the end of the race at 10AM.

We took some damage at this race. It seems the right front did not like coming back onto the track from the wrong side of a burm. But we patched it up and finished the race, taking 3rd in class in spite of several long pit stops needed to fix the damage.
